Harbour Links is a condominium neighborhood within the 550 acre gated
community of Gulf Harbour Golf and Country Club located in Lee County on Florida
Route 867 approximately 10 miles southwest of Ft. Myers, Florida at the corner
of
McGregor Blvd. and Pine Ridge Road. Gulf Harbour is a gated private golf
course and boating community. It has an 18 hole championship golf course and

slip marina. Gulf Harbour’s marina is located on the Caloosahatchee River
which is also the intercoastal waterway between Florida’s west and east coasts.

Harbour Links is located 200 yards from the Country Club's clubhouse and 200
yards from the marina on holes #10, 14, 15 and 16 of the golf course. The
community is built around a central pool area on a quiet dedicated cul-de-sac
street. Some of the units overlook the golf course and some overlook a lake.
Harbour Links has 78 residences in 26 three-story buildings with each unit
comprising one complete floor. The first floor units have 1670 square feet under
air with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, large living area and a lanai. The 2nd
and 3rd floor units have 2099 square feet under air with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths,
kitchen, a family area, large living area and two lanai’s. The 2nd and 3rd
floor condos have elevators that open directly into the living area of the
unit. All the condo's have a two-car enclosed garage located in each building.
In the center of the Harbour Links neighborhood is a large pool with a hot
tub. Just outside the pool area are two large gas barbecue grills for resident
use. As
pictures reveal, the entire Links area is
beautifully landscaped with
many large palm trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers. All the common grounds
are maintained by the Harbour Links Condominium Owners Association, Inc. The
association is supported by funds collected monthly from the residents and is
managed by Benson's, Inc. under the direction of the Harbour Links Board of
Directors who are elected by Harbour Links residents. Additional information

Harbour Links residents hail from many areas - the majority of them are from
the Midwest. Approximately 30% of the unit owners are full time residents.
Periodically the residents gather in the pool and grilling area for
neighborhood parties and social hour. Residents feel they are blessed to be in
Southwest
Florida, Ft. Myers, Gulf Harbour and a friendly paradise like Harbour Links!
